Re: My Radial Nerve Palsy (Drop Wrist)
I have Carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome here.. Those two nerves are such a pain.. (Median and Ulnar) It's like humans were designed for them to fail.. Had the surgeries in 2012..no longer numbness with the pain, but went back because I was having symptoms reoccurring this year (2014). Thought I may had need another surgery etc.. Well..tracked it to my neck this time. Took X-Rays, blood tests, and an MRI.. Found I have arthritis in my mid-neck, along with moderate degenerative damage to my c-4 and c-5 vertebrae. some other stuff..something reversed..and yeh..all I know is..pain..yeh..pain.. Hope they find the source of your problems..probably do an EMG test on you..blood/lab work. etc. |

Re: My Radial Nerve Palsy (Drop Wrist)
thank you for that random fact of knowledge. did you know that kernicterus is a chronic/permanent bilirubin-induced neurological dysfunction that mainly affects the basal ganglia and the brainstem nuclei for eye and hearing function

Re: My Radial Nerve Palsy (Drop Wrist)
How awful, so sorry to see you're suffering from such a horrendous nuisance condition I had a brain haemorrhage and apart from other problems, was left with a drop foot on the left side. It just dangles off my ankle lol. I've had a lot of corrective surgery to alleviate chronic pain and deformity. It's really really weird to walk on though I - to an extent as it's your hand - totally understand what a frustrating problem it is in a multitude of ways. Hope you recover ASAP. Best wishes |
