Sorry to hear that the crazy nut will be out. Is there nothing the police can do about it? Can no legal action be taken? Is there no way to make the person responsible pay for the damages? I wish you luck, and hope karma catches the person. Who knows, maybe we will score lucky and they'll get hit by a bus on their way out of prison. |

Sorry to see you get this shit my love! i had a problem arise two years ago after inviting a workmate into my home to have dinner with my family and i,All was well until we had a few glasses of wine, he just erupted! headbutted my wife unconscious and lept onto me, he choked me half to death, i could hardly move and could feel the darkness closing in but, i managed to gouge one of his eyes then bit the fucker as hard as i could,sinking my teeth into his nose  He wasn't long in letting go and i managed to get him out the door. I want to tend to my wife and my children who were hysterical by this time, before i could do anything else the police burst in and dragged ME off. I got charged with serious assault and causing injury of permanent disfigurement. after a year long court battle i eventually got vindicated, I received a not guilty verdict. but not before loosing my career and my home though. We have since learned that this man had done something similar down in England where he was originally from. (I'm in Scotland) We have never figured out why this happened, had we offended him in some way idk. Nothing ever happened to this man after the courts saw through his lies and accusations.the legal system in the UK is terrible and it is outdated. You can't even defend yourself other than push an attacker away  My heart goes out to you and your family! Hopefully this beast will get his some day! Cancer would be good Best Wishes |

It appears that Oswald2001 has mistakenly read more into this thread, than what the actual problem is. She is not dating this douche nozzle, this is the dumbass son of a pissed off neighbor that is terrorizing she and her family. This has NOTHING to do with, exposing one's self the the kind of shitheads that from your post, Oswald2001 about your own problems from YOU making the mistakes from getting "involved" with someone that likes woman bashing, and YES, I totally agree with youOswald2001 that is was all your own fault. But your problem has zipp to do with what shaz has been going through... shaz, it really is too bad that the criminal justice system looks like they screwed up with this assholes prison time. Thats the Uk for you the laws protect the criminal. I live in the UK. I was badly beaten up by two guys when I was 18 for looking at one of them I needed an ambulance parts of my face are still numb years later. I took one to court he got off with it as the judge said I had two pints of larger at the time of the beating so my statment is usless even though the cops knew it was them also. The other guy owned upto it and was fined £300. Theirs people in the Uk that get jailed for over 10 years for attacking intruders in their own home.
