Yea...I am a tournament racquetball junkie. That might take a back seat for a while. Hope I don't get fat!

Not much any more. I used to play hockey as a kid and bmx in my teens. I never broke anything but I've seen a few of these injuries before, mostly work related.

My buddy last summer fell off a ladder 20 ft up, [*edit: not ten pins, I think only a couple]shattering his foot in ten places(heel being one of the bones he broke), and my biological father slipped off a water truck he was cleaning and fractured both his heels.

My father's happened about 2 years ago and he has a lot of problems walking/standing for too long still. It might be because he is in his fifties and not the most healthy guy, but his didn't heal as well as my buddy's(30yr) shattered foot.
I'm such a moron!!! I meant was the OP active in sports!!
