Police also reported that the man was under the influence of alcohol, and was referred to the Hospital where he underwent surgery.

Police said that upon arriving at the scene they found the bloodied man walking alone. The genitals were on the ground and were collected and placed in a bag before being delivered to the rescuers.
A six inch knife was also found by the police.

The man arrived at the hospital and had to be sedated. The health status of the man is stable.

A 45-year-old man cut off his own penis and testes on Tuesday morning (29) in the Bela Vista district, in Parnamirim, on Christmas. According to information from the 3rd Battalion of the military police, responsible for policing in the region, the suit was motivated by a betrayal.
