Re: My Brother's Battle with Cancer
Thank you for posting. I am so sorry for your loss but understand your pain. I also lost my brother to cancer but it was in 2004. Still emotionally raw about it. He had Lymphoma and I was his bone marrow donor. It was hard to see my strong, handsome, 6ft 1in, youngest brother be reduced to 120 lbs by chemo swell up to over 250 lbs from steroids. He was sick for 5 years and mercifully died at 34. His daughters (who he had custody of) were 5 and 7 when he got sick and his struggle and ultimate death has affected them greatly. Cancer is terrible and seems to have touched almost everyone. I hope you have peace in your bother's passing. My brother was cremated per his request....he wanted to destroy the cancer even if it was after he passed. God bless you and my both our brothers RIP. |

Re: My Brother's Battle with Cancer
This is so sad to see he looks like a really good person who didn't deserve this. I always wonder if a cancer cell can spread if you transplant it to other parts of your body or from person to person it sounds like from the story that by cutting out the cancer the cells entered the blood stream and infected the rest of his body. From this post I will never get it cut out I make them nuke it off.

Re: My Brother's Battle with Cancer
After reading your story, you have to wonder if the doctor's intervention made things progressively worse and sped up the disease. It's so sad to see someone go through such a painful experience like this, I sincerely appreciate your courage to share something so personal with us and it reveals how anyone of us can be here one day and gone the next. My condolences to you and your family.

Re: My Brother's Battle with Cancer
God bless your brother at least he does not have to suffer anymore obviously God had another purpose for him in heaven. I truly believe that once a person passes a piece of their soul becomes part of you. May your brother rest in peace

Re: My Brother's Battle with Cancer
Chemo to me and radiation are the things that kill people I just don't see how it's relevant if I had you know an aggressive stage of cancer I would just put my hands in God or in natural medicines.
