It's all in the quality of the underwear. I have the same 'problem' as your boyfriend and trying to find anything comfortable without just going up a size is hell. There are some specifically designed with the more endowed man in mind:

/baskit/ is a good brand with a lot of choices in material

Junk has a great boxer/brief with a interior support pocket and zipper fly

CIN2 has the best active ware like jocks and stuff for playing sports

Be prepared to spend almost $20 a pair but they're well worth it.

Hope this helps him be a little more comfortable and less, obvious, when you do something that turns him on.

Mine just shrivels in so anything I wear works.

Fair play to you hun, at your age I have to Aggie with you, in later life you could end up with problems with lower back, besides nice smaller pert nipples are so much better

I think I may be around 4.5" or so "at rest" and wear boxers. Driving for a living kind of sucks because it spends a lot of the day jammed up, but there's no better feeling than getting out of the truck after that 2-hour drive back to the warehouse and shaking it all loose.
