I get a high cotton fabric content on my bras and everything else I can. As Calvin Klein said, "Better wrinkles be on our clothing than on our skin." Cotton and linen wrinkle like crazy, but, it's comfortable and good next to one's skin. I haven't tried any of the bamboo fabric out now. That is supposed to be good, too.

I never wear polyester, but, do have a little spandex in the bras and some shorts to keep the shape. You can't actually tighten your boob working out, but, you can tighten the support muscles, which name escapes me, around the breasts.

When I worked out in my 20's I could go braless and no one could tell.

Hydrocortisone cream or lotion seem to work on most itches and rashes, except psoriasis, and you can use it anywhere except your eyes. No scent and it blends well.

Nah, it didn't hurt at all. I had a tooth pulled today, (it seriously cracked today while I was eating) and that hurt so much more.

I've always wondered if I should get mine reduced. I'm currently wearing a 40F, but am falling out of them now. The bra/size was new four months ago and fit fine. I am overweight though, so that might be why.

I'm just too scared to go under the knife. I keep wondering how much better I could really feel have them reduced and if I'd get the same feeling if I lost the weight.

I'm so glad that it's been working out for you though! With such a small frame, I can't imagine how much pain you were in. I'm a larger framed girl, so I tend to think that it affects me less.
Please don't, girls with big boobies are rare enough as it is
