This dumb fucker would stack metal fasteners to his balls, each one 2 or 3 inches thick and stacked about 6 high, but picture of the things on there was forever burned into my what-the-fuck section of my brain.

Well, he would leave them on for like a week at a time until his shit became nice and bloated, but a time came where he couldn't get the things off. Doctors had to use some heavy duty construction shit to get it off. The end of the story stated that amputation was considered and just waiting to see if things would get better.

Believe it or not, this was the least severe picture of the whole set.
