Re: A Mother's Pain During Birth
My job is to provide the fertilization of the egg so as to install the baby in the incubation unit. You don't hear me complaining. We, men and women, have equal parts to play in the process. Carry on with it, ladies. With stiff upper...and lower...lips. (Runs to the nearest bomb shelter.) |

Re: A Mother's Pain During Birth
Even though I have had all preemies, one at 23 weeks weighing 710 grams and a 33 weeker weighing a hefty 5.6lbs....birth still hurt like hell. Everyone thinks oh you must have just sneezed them out, yeah no. I was induced, had failing epidurals and was in labor for 3 days with my first and 2.5 for my second. My 33 got cut and vacuumed out. A tiny part of me wishes the sneezing thing was true, but I think my girl business would have a thread of its own, and zip code. No thank you. |
