A child was found by his mother on the street. UPA came in at 23.45, with signs of alcohol intoxication, and was then met in emergency.

When no help arrived after 90 seconds she started to make a scene.

The mother, quite upset, attacked the ER workers. The boy, aged 11, was treated eventually.

Others say the boy was also seen using crack.

By the way, where is this? I hear Spanish, I think...and I would have grabbed a syringe of the strongest sedative possible to get her out of the way and allow the ER workers to do their jobs, rather than ranting and raving and delaying treatment for the boy. And like I said, Christ, someone take that kid away, it's a short clip, but it would appear both of them need some sort of mental health evaluations, rehab, anything!
