i'll never forget coaching a young friend through birth. yes, it was messy and smelly, but it was still the most beautiful and amazing hours of my life and i would gladly do it again. i wish i could be a Douala.

Anyone that has a home birth amazes me. I really appreciate the epidural...too bad the damn thing wore off and they could not give me another one bc i was too far in the labor...so it was like 16 hours of no pain and then BAM! That sucked.

You're a god-damn pussy! My wife had her first completely natural with me on the side, and she screamed like a fucking banshee! She'll do it again too she says, though I plan to secretly drugged out the next time. The experts say that pain is crucial for giving you a connection with your child. Who am I to judge? |

  i don't think so. babies are completely traumatized by that kind of screaming, also, when women are in pain, all of their muscles clench up, squeezing the baby with more force and making for a longer and more painful labor and delivery. this is further trauma for the infant.god, you're such a man.  |

Haha daughter! he is a goober! As far as a connection with my child...carrying him for nine months inside me was a pretty good connection. I wonder how many kids grew up not "connected" with their mothers bc she had an epidural!. and furthermore.......YOU TRY PASSING SOMETHING THE SIZE OF A WATERMELON OUT AN OPENING THE SIZE OF A LEMON AND NOT SCREAM FOR DRUGS!!!!!!  |
