WTF kinda parent leaves a 29 day old baby screaming long enough for the ferret to eat her nose AND lip...I am damn sure she started screaming right away, and dad being 10 feet away? Something was really wrong with this.

Actually I know michelle personally. The photos you're seeing of her are pre-op, as she never went through with the plastic surgery being offered because she couldn't quit smoking. Since quitting was a condition of the show's acceptance of her case, they were forced to discontinue her case and she never got the surgery.
