I wanna just yank it outta his head..  Something like that came about in my eye/face whatever? I'd be taking measures of my own if I couldn't get medical treatment..  Slow cut and cautery with a razor and soldering iron or something..  I'd ultimately end up dead or in the hospital regardless..but at least I tried right? |

It's amazing how much material there is coming out of his eye socket, yet his skull hasn't been enlarged as a result of that mass.
