Re: Mercury Exposure From Stepping on Broken Energy Saving Light Bulb
Mercury can be harmful if ingested breathing, food, water .... If gets into the bloodstream leads to brain cells, which further prevents blood flow to the brain. It is certainly toxic (deadly) but can not melt flesh. Here is something else led to the decomposition of meat and not trampling on energy saving bulbs. The same story was about a neon light. How many broken neon tubes and no one fell apart because of it.

Re: Mercury Exposure From Stepping on Broken Energy Saving Light Bulb
Interesting... I have trouble believing that they put mercury in modern day energy saving bulbs. If you ever played with the balls out of a thermometer, chances are you have become a little crazier. The infection? Welcome to the world of easier living. |
