That is all that came with this image, dread to think what happened! From a crime scene cleaning site. Maybe that infamous guy who forced a beer glass up his arse that broke and caused awful bleeding had sat on it? Looks like someone puked up all their Vimto.....KELLY!!!!!! I've seen it at the hospital, could be malena (blood in your poo) haematuria (blood in your urine) or blood in vomit - from for example a burst ulcer or oesophageal varacies  What ever it is, flush it already!!!
