Re: "Medical Incident"
Seems like I've seen that photo as part of a story about a nutty woman named Anita Finch that kept venomous snakes as pets. She also believed that she was immune to the venom since she survived a couple of "dry" bites. She regularly let her Gaboon Viper loose in her mobile home while she cleaned the cage. It was suspected that when she was trying to find it to put back in the cage it bit her. The venom caused her to slowly bleed out. Sadly, she wouldn't call for help because she didn't have permits for her venomous snakes and she was afraid they'd be confiscated. I think the blood in the toilet was from vomiting.

Re: "Medical Incident"
Reminds me of a patient I once had on coumadin (blood thinner), when I went to see her, she was on the stool and when I helped her up, this is similar to what I saw. She was too weak to get up by herself. Needless to say, had to call 911 and have her sent to the hospital. She lived, but it was close.
