probably female to male's. they start taking testosterone and the clit becomes enlarged and looks just like that. most of them also use pumps to make them even longer. i know a few people who have done this lol

They're not hermaphrodites. The clitoris is actually "penis-like" but is usually covered by the clitoral hood. These are simply exposed, either surgically, traumatically or congenitally (no pun intended). Most clitorises are two to three inches in length. They erect just as a male penis. In fact, the "spew" that comes out is actually mediated by the recently-named "female prostate," which used to be called the Skene's gland, analogous to its male couterpart. Many species, also, have female penises, such as hyenas. The likeliest explanation is that these females engage in sexual acts which involve playing a stereotypical male role, so they had their clitoral hoods excised.
