It has to do with over development in the womb. All fetuses are female until a chromosome change. This is why men have nipples.

theres lots of different kinds of hermaphrodites, some have all the organs, so just have parts, my oldest is a hermaphrodite, he was born with one testes, but had inside instead of the second one, had a womb and ovary,, they do come in all different ways, hermaphrodites, is just a broad name
