I saw his documentary. He got the fungal infection from opening a loaf of bread and he inhaled the fungal spores through his nose which then the spores settled in his sinus cavities. the flood gates of Hell then opened up for him at that point! Ever since I heard about it I always hold my breath when I open a loaf of bread! What out for the evil bread products everyone!

That is sad, died only 5 years after going through that hell. I wonder if he died from anything having to do with the surgery. I wonder why they are hiding how he died. I wonder alot!
