Man Suspected Of Rape Has Penis Cut Off
In the Indian state of Rajasthan residents took matters into their own hands with a man alleged of rape. Passersby heard the cries of a girl and found her pinned to the wall by the man. People caught the suspect and took him to the butcher shop where he was lynched. The alleged rapist was beaten and had his penis cut off with a cleaver. Local residents soon found the dying man on the ground bleeding to death but no one helped him. he was later taken to hospital in critical condition. Everyone knew he was punished for sexual crimes. "Recently we have seen a lot of crime in our country, committed against women, they are some girls who were raped and strangled It's time to stop it.", said one of the residents.
