I thought they looked like burns as well, yet did you see a fire? Maybe I just missed it or it was put out by the time the video guy got there.

I thought burns too as there is no graze/blood. Also people were approaching with buckets..... And there is a black sooty patch on the floor. I don't see a motorbike either.

You can see the scooter for a brief moment at the beginning, but I agree looks like burns. Maybe the scooter blew a fuel line and lit him up?  |
