Very high voltage electric shock. No doubt about it. It looks like he grasped something live, hence the obliterated hand. Also, you can see the inside and edge of the exit wound are both charred.  |

The high voltage electrical cable must have danced in front of him to have slashed sideways across his stomach. The wounds are beautifully cauterised.
