So basically this guy had some cancer face and neck skin surgery and then had a herpes break out from it because he did have herpes - though it most likely wouldnt typically be like this.... the surgery caused the outbreak to occur in the area of where the skin was worked on.

After my laser skin resurfacing I figured it was a good way to figure out if the person you wanted to be with or knew had herpes ... send them in for laser skin resurfacing and if they took the meds or if they werent offered meds ended up like this then you knew ... and wouldnt feel bad leaving them after their face was fooked

Well that is just sad then. Cancer, then herpes? Jesus.

This is Herpes zoster, not Herpes Simplex. In other words, he didn't get it through any sexual shenanigans. Sorry to disappoint the more debased imaginations around here. :)

What actually causes this is the chicken pox virus. If you have had chicken pox, you are at a risk for this happening. It is horrendously painful. Shingles is actually the number one reason why elderly people commit suicide.
