A man was machine-gunned inside a Peugeot model vehicle last Friday night (14), in the South Zone of Manaus, Amazonas state, Brazil.

Images from videos produced by witnesses to the crime showed the man bloodied, screaming, moaning and squirming inside the vehicle.

Several people reported that the man was surprised by at least four gunmen who were on two motorcycles. One of the witnesses said that in addition to the two motorcycles occupied by four men, there was a car with three other criminals, providing cover and following the Peugeot, until the violent attack took place.

Until the beginning of the morning there was no other information about who the victim is and the seriousness of his state of health. It was also not yet confirmed whether the man is still alive or died in the course of the night.
