How can Bastards get away with such cruelty disabled or not the lad is a human being, I hate mankind for things like this just wrong when we are in the 21st century, I hope now he can put this past behind him and start to learn and love life in time x

He's worse than emaciated. He has no muscle left at all. This means his body is eating itself. He would have died within two weeks had they not been there to save him.

I just did some research on the boy because this breaks my heart. These pictures and videos were taken on 21 June 2014, nearly two years ago. Newer pictures showed that he was eventually restored to a healthy weight, and was a very good looking boy. Sadly, on 13 October 2015 he died after suffering an epileptic seizure. Don't judge people who live in a different world than you do, lack funds and simply do not have the resources to pay for care. Not all governments are willing to help with the mentally ill.
