I think that what we are seeing is a mid procedure female to male transformation. If you look at the sack it looks like a very neat job has been carried out of sewing the two sides together and they are either finished or close to the "ballooning of the lips/testies with saline water.... Next job will I imagine be to start forming a "tube" for the actual penis. Why do I not think its a penis removal? For one, its too damned neat, there is some major muscle root and blood vessels to removed. Secondly, look at where the uretha is a males would be atop of the good old soap dispensers, the happy sacks, fun bags or testies this clearly shows the opening still in its pre-op female position. It looks to me a good surgeon is carrying this out piece, by piece and letting it heal good before carrying on... And doing a damned fine job of it too! |
