It's a tough area healing wise, dehiscence is not uncommon but it usually heals up just fine on its own, otherwise they can restitch it if necessary. Just with how much that area is constantly moving it's not hard to rip out a stitch or two. The black area is most likely a bit of dried blood that came out past the surgical drains. The white *puss* like substance is just a normal part of the process of healing.

I hate that they even call them neo vaginas. Vaginas do not have colon in them. They need to start calling things what they are. This is a mutilated. Or inverse penis. As a person with a vagina, that is offensive asfw to call THAT a vagina. Or even compare it to one. Disgusting

Turned out really well. Unfortunately some granular tissue/surface infection during healing. High risk in the genital area. It’s amazing what can be achieved. Good for her
