It's easier to turn a pole into a hole rather than a hole into a pole, these people truly go through hell to have this done, also the cost is astronomical! I have seen some when I ended up on the weird side of you tube that didn't even resemble a penis, it looked more like a freaking forearm or some shit, for real.

Sadly, a lot of individuals that go through this type of surgery regret it later for a number of reasons: lack of sensitivity, the procedure does not take care of the emotional issues, etc. I know of one case where the now female is unable to have any kind of sex because it is extremely painful. Even dilating her new vagina causes a lot of pain. She now suffers from depression a long with other emotional problems.
Not really. A couple of studies put it very low, around 2-3% of patients may regret surgery. I'm sorry for your friend, but the vast majority of people don't regret their surgeries.
