For some reason I though that was of the chick's breast. I saw that I though were elastic marks where she'd pulled her bra aside. If you stop breastfeeding abruptly you can get milk-fever, which includes a really funky discharge in some women.
However, since you all think it's a belly zit, I will bow to your more advanced education into icky-stuff.
