Are we sure her pics aren't photoshopped? On my cellphone I have a program that enlarges people's facial features. I actually have a hilarious pic of me with my nose enlarged like hers from my cell. When I find it I'll post it on here. It's actually very simple to do on your computer.

C,mon, she's somebody's baby girl, and she's probably a very sweet person. I have an ugly nose, and I would hate for this girl to contemplate the things I have. It's only a nose, if she wants it fixed, then her mum and pops need to get that taken care of.  |

I know, but personally I don't think this picture is photoshopped. It is possible to have a nose that big, and looks like this unlucky girl has that.
