I can categorically say that the DR is NOT performing a heart massage on that poor baby - the force he is using is far to great and would definitely harm a baby further.

How can you tell? I've performed heart massage to a baby and that is just the right force. The heart is under the rib cage. You must use force if u want to get to it.

It's not a normal new born.... It's completely deformed and they've probably assessed it has no brain function.... What I'd guess is the movements we're seeing are reflexes only.
