The first time I heard of them was from a black female friend who said they are more often found in black people.

She had one on her ear, not as bad as anyone on here though

She said they are hard to remove because they can bleed a lot.

I'm pretty sure my oldest brother had one on his ear, too. He was white

My friend has a few on her ear cartilage, as did I. I was young at the time and kept picking it off so it went away...

This woman's ears are almost symmetrical.

She can paint them gold and never worry about changing earrings.
