not sure that would be an ACL, there would be a lot more tension on it than that. when one snaps completely, it goes way up, and you have to pull hard to bring it back down, REALLY hard. i'm thinking worm maybe. |

To me, it looks like they have cutted a muscle lose from the knee, and pulled it out, right next to the genitals.
