That's an encephalocele not heads. An encephalocele on the head happens when the scull does not close completely. What that is filled with is brain and spinal fluid. They wont be able to remove it unless they want to cut away all the protruding brain but the baby will most likely die because of them cutting regions of the brain out that is vital for life. They cant push the brain back in because there is likely no room. It looks as if the baby has scull on the top of its head as well.
