Btw, the late actor Kevin Smith (Hercules, Xena Warrior Princess) had almost the same exact thing happen to him. He got shitfaced, climbed a tower, and fell to his demise.

Nope. In Khargone, a step taken in anger came on the life of a young man after his wife was not returning from the maternal home, so he got angry and climbed on the high tension tower. During this, his foot slipped and he fell down from a height of 60 feet. He has been admitted to the ICU of the district hospital, where his condition remains critical. On Saturday, when Pintu (22) son of Rama, resident of Ambapura Sangvi, climbed up the tower in Ghotia of Oon police station area. Pintu works as a laborer. Mother Ganga Bai told that the man's wife Reena had gone to the maternal home of Nagalwadi 10 days ago. 4 days ago Pintu went to pick up the daughter-in-law, but she did not return. Pintu's brother-in-law Praveen lives in village Ghotia. On Saturday, Pintu went to Nagalwadi again with his bike. The daughter-in-law again refused to come back. This thing bothered him. After this, he got drunk and climbed the tower of the high tension line located in the farm of Ghotia village. When people asked Pintu to get down, he refused. The villagers also informed the police. The police also asked him to get down, but he did not listen. During this, his foot slipped from the tower and he fell down uncontrollably. Sister Lalita told that Pintu must have taken this step due to family dispute. District hospital doctor Chetan Patode said that the young man has suffered serious head and hand injuries. He is admitted in ICU. |

He did well to climb that high, drunk. I saw this in Leeds when I was little. A guy climbed up one of the pylons where we lived and fell around half way but was also electrocuted. This looks early similar. |
