Incision From Today's Umbilical Hernia Repair
I had outpatient surgery this morning. They used mesh to correct an umbilical hernia repair. The surgeon was to scope me but the tear had grown over the past month, so he made an incision. No stitches or staples, they glued me shut. And time to pop another hydrocodone. :o)

Re: Incision From Today's Umbilical Hernia Repair
You're very welcome Kelly! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anterio...omy_and_fusion Am also having a bone spur on my spine shaved down as I have stenosis. I have a pinched nerve that's given me issues in my neck, back, chest, shoulder and down my left arm all year. I asked the neurosurgeon to take pics, and he agreed to. I told him the more graphic the better, as I find the procedure fascinating. Which I do, as he'll be going in through the front of my neck & will move the soft tissue aside. He laughed and said OK, so hopefully I'll have some good pics of my neck sliced open...lol. |
