guys, just so you know, i saw a documentary about this little boy on a health and lifestyle channel, he was born without a lower jaw, so thats why he looks like this, he survived but was fitted with a permanent breathing tube, i think his mother was looking at getting plastic surgery done for him so that he had a jaw and would be able to live a relatively normal life, i'll see if i can find the full story and possibly some more pics
