Wow. I have Loeys Dietz syndrome, Its very much like marfan. I am currently waiting for the aortic surgery. Me and my baby Brother are the only ones lett in the family that has not had the surgery yet. It scares me to death thinking about my baby Brother having to go through all that pain. But it is good to know i am not alone with this. Please Thank your friend from me for being so brave and letting you post this. Much love from Norway

Thanks for sharing! I wish you well <3 I only heard of this on Dr. G: Medical Examiner. Doctors, apparently, advise you against having children. The woman was pregnant with her second child when she died. She had no apparent symptoms, according to her story, although she and her family knew she had it.  I don't recall if the husband knew.No offense, but, I can see you have the long hands. They mention the hands and feet are very long in some people with Marfan's. |

Thank you. I saw Abe in another story and looked up Joey. Both are thought to have had it. I know Joey was told he would never be a functioning member of society and was supposed to have had brain or learning issues. He showed people! <3
