Not sure how much comfort or help I can offer,but I also self harm. Not a cutter but I remove entire nails from my hands and feet. You can confide in me if that'll ease you  |

I've done this since the age of 5 or 6 as well as cutting, burning, blood letting, psychologically ... SH is very messed up and a serious thing to deal with. I had to have both big toe nails removed as there was so much damage done over the years. I still remove the little toe nails whenever i can and still pick at the nail bed on my big toes.

Thank you so much! And for the others, i agree omfg. At first I wondered if I had lost a blood clot or something. But then I inspected it (ew) and nope I didn’t. Again, the wounds aren’t really anything special now. I’m not sure if I feel comfortable enough to post pics of this, since the story behind it is kind of shitty. When I’m bleeding from the vagina some of my clots come out looking like that.
