That is why it is called drag racing... someone would have to be dragged... I assume it was racing because there were too many motorcycle riders and by standers waiting and looking expectantly at the same direction. |

They would not know what to do. Besides, most of them are just loafing around but ready to bolt and run soon as they hear sirens coming. drag racing is illegal in most countries in asia and anybody caught in the area are fined and punished.
