how the hell did she give birth to that. seriously reminds me of stewie griffin in family guy when they all got splashed with the toxic waste. i would not mess with that kid when he gets older he will use his mind to crush you in a heartbeat lol

First off, his head didn't look like that when he was born. Hydrocephalus takes time to develop. Also, that's not a giant brain in there... it is mostly fluid that builds up because something is wrong with the normal drainage.
