Re: How Nasty Are Your Habits Behind Closed Doors?
So, you are human? Good to know! We see what happens if you don't pick your nose. My great niece thinks I'm a big germ phobe, but, I honestly believe germs are stronger than ever and people are dirtier than ever! The bathroom thing, I'm really good about. |

Re: How Nasty Are Your Habits Behind Closed Doors?
I am VERY OCD about my hands being clean and I have passed that to my daughter. And I don't care if they say covering the toilet seat i a public restroom works or not, I just can't stand the thought of my hiney on a seat that someone's nastiness may have touched!! Yuck!!

Re: How Nasty Are Your Habits Behind Closed Doors?
Bodily functions are bodily functions..no biggy.. Being courteous and mannered about it, yeh. should be behind closed doors/other room etc. I WILL NOT use a public toilet..since I was a child I would not use one..I'll pee in the urinal..no problem..but will not use the public toilet..I don't care if it's covered with toilet paper, those seat covers they provide that rip/tear/don't work, or plastic wrap. (though that makes a good prank I guess I do the stay angry thing a lot.. Meds only go so far.. As for nose picking? My septum is pierced.. sorta have to do so on occasion.. Which leaves me with this.. Why do gorillas have such large nostril holes? They have huge fingers........ |

Re: How Nasty Are Your Habits Behind Closed Doors?
Sorry.. wanted to edit , not sure how to anymore..and add - As for handwashing...I was a cook/chef for over a decade..add in sanitation training and certifications... Hands must be washed after anything that may/will contaminate them.. nails need to be trimmed, and if there are any wounds, they need to be cared for and covered. (and if cooking, gloves gloves gloves!) Example of one my biggest pet peeves..a local deli/sub shop etc..you asked the person to slice meats for you.. He/She already has gloves on..slices your lunch meat..bags it, seals it, hands it to you, tells you the price..you hand him/her the money..they put it in the register..and without changing their gloves..go back to handling food/ deli orders / handling money / food..etc..
