Photo of a 63 year old male pedestrian who was hit by a car after it was involved in an accident.
It seems the tyre of the car slid over the patient's foot. He ended up with an amputation.

Yes in the UK we spell it tyre not tire before someone says i spelt it wrong

i had a car run over my foot once it was just on and off. nothing like this happened. the car was just going about 10 m.p.h
