My god! Anyone who can get a pressure sore THAT bad has been majorly neglected :( people with my condition (Spina Bifida) have to be monitored closely for things like that since it's so easy to happen if you're sitting in the same position all day. Pawpaw cream works a treat if it's tiny :( how awful for this person. I'd not want to live through that!
