Her "horns" are just ugly lumps. Like she got hit w/ a hammer.
But they can be removed. The problem w/ tattoos for me would be the fact that it's permanent.

There is such thing as tattoo removal. Some people don't get their desired results for many reasons though. Like if the artist was a bit heavy handed and the ink goes past the dermis. Though lots of people have successful tattoo removal.
