I've heard some beggars will cause and nurture wounds like this for the sympathy factor. He needs a good medical treatment and psych eval. |

That leg from above the knee needs to be removed. The bottom of it is red and inflamed as well. Put his ass in a shower and let him rinse and wash them out. But there are flies still landing on the wound laying more eggs as they are trying to remove the maggots.
