1- my toe, a huge blister I had popped and drained (blood and clear fluids literally sprayed out) and air went into the hole and got trapped under the skin.

2- i took scissors to my toe and cut off the first few layer of epidermis. excess sin you can see on my finger.

3- the depth of the hole in my toe, which is now bandaged and healing.

i have no idea what to normaly do with a blister but i dealt with it my way...

Clean it, apply an antiseptic, and bandage it up!
...or you can leave it fester, and come back in a few days and show us the pics of a raging infection! Your call

My toes are currently raw from yoga training so not much sympathy ... but I would recommend keeping your foot clean and dry.

Oh and if it was shoes that caused that blister... then ditch em!

i woulda just put a hole in it and let it drain, but left the skin flap there. kind of an annoying pain walking on a blister when you rip a chunk of skin off like that
