I showed this pic to a friend of mine, who is an ER physician. Within 5 seconds he laughed and said it was a fake. There were many things he pointed out that indicated the old famous Photoshop trickery. The most significant points he emphasized are, one, in a real castration, a plethora of blood loss will be imminent, and, two, he also added it is extremely unlikely, immediately after a human castration, given the extreme pain the person will be undergoing, which will most likely last for days, in spite of pain-numbing medication, he is gonna be able to achieve an erection. The picture's a fake.

There is a mental issue some people have where they get turned on by doing things like this. It may also be alien limb syndrome. That is assuming this is real.

He's got a very tight band/rubber band (or whatever that is) constricting whats left of his scrotum and vessels, etc, stopping the blood from flowing. He wanted to get rid of his balls, not bleed to death. He's got the erection because he's nuts and is turned on by the whole thing. Maybe he even enjoys the pain. There's plenty of nuts like him. |
