Both Hiroshima and Nagasaki weren't bombed "Just Because". Both Cities had key Japanese storage and military facilities that would cripple the Japanese offense if destroyed. Not to mention, we had no idea the long lasting effects or the temporary devestation the Bombs "Fat Man" and "Little Boy" would bring.  |
