Re: Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Survivor
Then get the fuck out. Canada and Mexico are only a short drive away, (if you even own a car) and I'm sure either one of them would be happy to have you...no, but you'd rather reap the benefits of living in America and just whine about what little you don't have. But like I said, be my guest and get the fuck out. Worthless puke. As far a Japan, they were warned, they didn't surrender, and gee look what happened. Boo-hoo. |

Re: Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Survivor
You'd be thinking a lot differently about this subject if Iraq or Korea decided to drop a nuclear bomb or two on your oh-so-precious USA.

Re: Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Survivor
i agree and i am an American but the japs bombed us as well with random indiscriminate ballonbombs that flew with the wind they also invaded several islands off the coast of Alaska that wear American soil and killed American civilians that wear in japan at the time but compared 2 a nuke that's not even a scratch - also this pic kinda reminds me of golem from lord of the rings

Re: Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Survivor
You have to understand the entire act was a political one. It was basically the start of the cold war. America knew the USSR was frantically developing their own bombs... so they needed a way to show them "hey look at us, look at how powerful our bombs are". Japan would have probably surrendered pretty soon. America dropped the bombs under the excuse that they wanted an unconditional surrender from the Japanese, something that they claimed the Japanese would be reluctant to do. The whole thing sucks but it's important to remember that in war, everyone's a hypocrite. If the tables had been turned and it had been Japan who would have dropped a few nukes on the U.S, then americans would be the ones complaining. The fact is that both sides, Allies as well as Axis, had their collections of war crimes. |

Re: Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Survivor
Oh, believe me, I know many of the terrible war crimes(Unit 731 comes to mind). It's very true that both sides had done awful things, I just find it a bit depressing that people still think it was a good idea to drop the bombs.
